1. Digital Products
Digital products offered on this site (such as downloadable files and pre-recorded courses) are non-refundable and non-returnable, due to their nature: delivery is immediate and irreversible upon purchase.
This is in accordance with Chilean Law No. 19.496, which allows the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital content, provided this is stated before purchase.
If technical errors prevent access or downloading of the content, the customer must contact us. We commit to reviewing and responding to such cases within up to 3 business days.
To protect the content from misuse, downloadable files are limited to 5 downloads within 60 days from the purchase date.
This measure helps prevent abuse, such as link-sharing with third parties, automated downloads, or unauthorized redistribution of the material.
If you experience any issues accessing your files or need an extension for a valid reason, feel free to contact us. We commit to reviewing and replying to such cases within up to 3 business days.
2. Services (consultations and live courses)
Individual consultations and live online workshops may be refunded if canceled at least 2 days before the scheduled date.
Within the 2-day window, it is possible to reschedule once, subject to availability.
If the customer does not attend without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be granted.
This service is exempt from the right of withdrawal, as established in Article 3 bis of Law No. 19.496, since it involves activities scheduled for a specific date.
3. Physical Products (custom-made)
When available, physical products are made to order and customized, according to the customer’s instructions and approval.
Therefore:
- Returns are not accepted once the product has been shipped.
- Refunds may only be requested if production has not yet begun.
- If materials have already been purchased, up to 30% of their value will be deducted from the refund.
Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal under current Chilean law.
4. 6-Month Legal Warranty
All physical products are covered by a 6-month legal warranty from the date of delivery, in case of manufacturing defects or failures not caused by misuse.
The customer may choose between:
- Free repair
- Replacement with a new item
- Full refund
Shipping costs related to the execution of the legal warranty will be covered by the seller, as required by Chilean regulations.
Important note: All physical products are crafted by hand. This means they may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish compared to the reference images shown on the site. These variations are not considered defects and are part of the handmade process.
Photos of the final product will be sent to the customer before shipping.
5. Delivery Issues
If a physical product does not arrive or shows defects, the customer must contact us via email or official social media and provide clear evidence (such as photos or screenshots).
We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
6. How to Request a Return or Refund
To make a request, the customer must contact us at:

Please include:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Any supporting evidence, if applicable
All requests are reviewed and responded to within a maximum of 3 business days.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, except as expressly stated in this policy or in compliance with the legal warranty.
8. International Sales
Digital products and services are available worldwide.
Physical shipments outside of Chile are only available upon prior evaluation of destination, availability, and shipping conditions.
9. Purchase Confirmation
After completing a purchase, the customer will receive an email with a summary of the order, information about delivery times (if applicable), any exclusions to the right of withdrawal, and our contact details for inquiries.
This message fulfills the legal requirement of written confirmation under Chilean Consumer Law.
